Yes. You can book nails, brows, lashes, and more in one visit. Just select everything you’d like when booking online.
A 25% deposit is required to secure your booking and is paid when you book online. The rest is settled in-salon once you’re happy with your service.
Yes, you can reschedule or cancel through your booking confirmation link.
Just make sure it’s at least 24 hours out. Less than that and your deposit may be forfeited.
We’ll always do our best to fit you in, but if you’re late, your appointment may need to be shortened or rescheduled so we don’t impact the next client.
5 minutes… you might get away with. Anything more than that, and we’re heading into uh-oh territory.
We operate as a by-appointment salon to keep things running smoothly and our regulars happily in rotation. But if we have space, we’ll absolutely fit you in.
Our online booking system has a minimum 12-hour buffer, which helps us make sure all morning appointments are confirmed and nothing gets missed overnight.
However if you’d like to try your luck with a same-day appointment, you can always pop your head in or flick us a message on social media to see if we have any spots available.

Brows Services
Every 3–6 weeks is ideal, depending on your hair growth and how polished you like them.
In most cases, yes – but it may take a few visits to get them fully balanced and growing in properly.

It depends on the service. Simple sets are quicker, while detailed nail art takes longer – but it’s worth it.

Lash Services
A Korean lash lift is a newer, more refined style of lash lifting that focuses on a softer, healthier, more natural-looking curl compared to traditional lash perms.
Typically 6–8 weeks, depending on your natural lash cycle.
With good aftercare, lash extensions typically last 2–3 weeks before infill appointments are needed.
Yes – but oil-free products are best. We’ll also give you aftercare tips so your lashes stay looking fresh for longer.
Yes. When done properly, lash lifts and lash extensions are gentle and enhance your natural lashes without damage.
Makeup Services
We offer professional makeup applications for events, special occasions, and moments when you just want to feel put together.
No, we only provide makeup services from our salon.
Not at this stage – we only offer makeup services from our salon, and bridal makeup needs a dedicated team and process that we don’t currently provide.
Yes. We use high-quality, professional-grade products selected for performance, longevity, and real-life wear.
Absolutely! We stock a selection of our favourites in-salon, so you can take them home with you straight away, or shop anytime through our online store.
Cosmetic Tattoos
Kelsey is a cosmetic tattoo artist and owner of Dagger Cosmetic Tattoo, based in New Plymouth.
She also has family in Franklin – lucky for us – which means we’ve managed to lock her in every 6 weeks to take bookings right here at Franklin Beauty.
High quality numbing products are used throughout the procedure which keeps any discomfort to a minimum.
Brow tattoo lastabiltiy is dependant on your skin type, lifestyle factors and sun exposure. Most brow tattoo needs to be refreshed every 1-3 years to maintain colour and shape.
For best results long term brow tattoo needs to be faded by 40-50% before being suitable for a refreshing session. This prevents over saturation of pigment. Please do not book an appointment ‘just because it’s been a while’.
Yes you can! But nothing over the direct tattoo area while it’s healing so you need to be a bit more cautious around these areas. Make sure your only applying cosmetics and skincare with clean hands and brushes.
I allow 2.5 hours for all initial sessions.
– the 6 week touch up is one hour.
– 1-3 year refresher sessions are 1.5 hours.
Yes, but it depends on skin condition and how much the skin has thinned with age as some skin types are no longer suitable for cosmetic tattoo. I am also happy to recommend another artist if I don’t think my style of work is suitable for a mature client.
You cannot have botox through the upper face area within 14 days prior to your appointment. If you come to your appointment and are unable to be tattooed because of this you will be turned away and charged for the appointment.
All deposits are non refundable so please think carefully before booking. If you need to reschedule your appointment you need to give at least 48 hours notice otherwise you will lose your deposit and be charged for 50% of the appointment cost. If you cancel on the day of the appointment you will be charged the full appointment cost.
