Salon Policies

1. Overview

Please note that these Salon Policies apply to all appointments, treatments, consultations, and salon services provided by Franklin Beauty Collective.

These policies should be read in conjunction with our Terms & Conditions, which cover online store purchases, discount codes, gift vouchers, third-party services, and privacy.

By booking or attending an appointment, you agree to both our Salon Policies and our Terms & Conditions.

2. Appointments

We’re by appointment only. Your spot is just for you!
Please make sure you book the correct service for what you want.

3. Deposits, Cancellations, Lateness & No-Shows
  • Deposit fees are non-refundable but can be moved to another appointment at our discretion.
  • Missed appointments?  You’ll need to rebook and pay a new deposit.
  • Arriving more than 5 minutes late without notice may result in rescheduling, and your deposit could be forfeited.

Need to cancel your booking? You must give 24hrs notice to avoid a 50% service fee.

4. Kids
Our salon isn’t childproof. Children are welcome BUT with prior approval from the team and must never be left unattended. Nursing babies are fine with us, and you are most welcome to feed in our salon.
5. Other Salons’ Work
For nail services, we don’t work on other salon products. You will need to book a ‘Pre-Service’ removal with your mani of choice. Not sure? Just message us, we’ll help you get it right.
6. Health & Safety
We may refuse service if your nails, lashes or skin isn’t suitable for a treatment, or if you arrive visibly unwell. Your health (and ours!) come first.
7. Respect in the Salon
Please be respectful to our team and other clients. Disruptive or unsafe behaviour may result in refused service.
8. General Salon Guidelines
  • Your appointment is just for you – please don’t bring extra people.
  • Prices may change occasionally & without notice.
  • Minimum age for any service is 16.
  • Wanting nail art? Pre-book your designs for the best results.
9. Cancellations by the Salon

If we can’t complete a service due to illness, emergencies, or other unforeseen circumstances, we’ll do our best to reschedule you ASAP.

10. Booking & Payments

Our booking system is easy to use.
Deposits are processed through their payment gateway.
Afterpay is available instore only.

11. Social Media, Photos & Videos

Please be mindful of other patrons’ privacy when taking photos or videos in the salon and consider what may appear in the background before sharing. While we love and appreciate our customers supporting us by sharing their experience on social media, we ask that this is done respectfully with others’ privacy in mind.
