This website and online store is operated by Franklin Beauty Collective (“we”, “us”, “our”). These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases made through our online store, including retail products, gift cards, and any linked booking services.
Separate Salon Policies apply to appointments, treatments, consultations, and other salon-related services.
By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
2. Salon Service Policies & Etiquette
Franklin Beauty Collective provides beauty services which are subject to separate salon policies.
Please read our Salon Policies page for information regarding appointments, treatments, consultations, cancellations, and other salon-related services.
3. Online Products & Availability
We aim to ensure all product descriptions, images, pricing, and availability for products sold through our online store are accurate. However, we reserve the right to:
- Update or change product information at any time
- Discontinue products without notice
- Limit quantities available for purchase
All products are subject to availability.
4. Online Orders
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including but not limited to:
- Stock availability issues
- Pricing or listing errors
- Suspected fraudulent activity
If an order is cancelled after payment has been processed, a full refund will be issued.
5. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and include GST where applicable.
We accept payment via Stripe and supported payment methods available at checkout.
Your order will not be processed until full payment has been received.
6. Shipping, Returns & Refunds
Please refer to our Shipping & Returns page for all information relating to delivery, timeframes, and returns.
Returns are handled in accordance with the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993. We will provide a remedy (repair, replacement, or refund) for products that are faulty, damaged, or not as described.
7. Service Gift Vouchers
Gift vouchers for services:
- May be used for eligible Franklin Beauty Collective salon services as stated at the time of purchase
- Are subject to our separate Salon Policies where applicable
Are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash - Are valid for the period stated at the time of purchase (or 3 years where no expiry is specified, in line with New Zealand consumer law best practice)
- Must be treated like cash – lost or stolen gift vouchers cannot be replaced
- May not be reissued, transferred, or redeemed for cash unless required by New Zealand law
8. Discount Codes
From time to time, Franklin Beauty Collective may offer discount codes or promotional offers.
Unless otherwise stated:
- Discount codes must be entered at checkout to be applied
- Discount codes cannot be applied after an order has been placed
- Only one discount code may be used per order
- Discount codes cannot be exchanged for cash or store credit
- Discount codes may exclude selected products, gift vouchers, promotions, or other offers
We reserve the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotion or discount code at any time where permitted by law.
9. Third-Party Services (Timely)
Some services, including bookings and service gift voucher management, are processed through Timely.
By purchasing or booking through these systems, you also agree to Timely’s terms and privacy policies.
Franklin Beauty Collective is not responsible for system outages, service interruptions, or issues caused by third-party platforms.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on this website is protected by intellectual property laws.
Unless otherwise stated:
All website design, branding, and original content created by Franklin Beauty Collective remains our property.
Product names, logos, images, and descriptions relating to third-party brands remain the property of their respective owners.
We are an authorised stockist/reseller of the products featured on this website and use brand materials (including images and product descriptions) with permission for the purpose of promoting and selling genuine products.
You may not copy, reproduce, or use any content from this website without prior written permission from either Franklin Beauty Collective or the relevant rights holder.
11. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by New Zealand law, Franklin Beauty Collective is not liable for:
- Any indirect or consequential loss
- Delays or issues caused by third-party providers
- Misuse of products after purchase
Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.

We may update these Terms at any time. Any changes will take effect immediately upon posting to this website.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of New Zealand courts.
