We currently ship within New Zealand only.
- Free shipping on orders over $150
- Free local pickup
- Residential shipping $9 (1–3 working days)
- Rural shipping $13 (2–4 working days)
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary depending on courier availability and location.
Local Pickup
If you select Local Pickup at checkout, you will receive a TXT message to confirm when your order is ready for collection – typically the next open working day.
Orders can be collected from our salon:

Returns
We do not accept returns for change of mind or incorrect choice unless required under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
If you receive an item that is unopened, unused, and in its original condition, and you have proof of purchase, we may accept a return at our discretion where appropriate.
All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Refunds
We do not offer refunds for change of mind.
Refunds, replacements, or repairs will only be provided where products are:
- Faulty
- Damaged in transit
- Not as described
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order with photos and details so we can assist you.
We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible, which may include a replacement, repair, or refund depending on the situation.
